Lee founded trueology in 2005 to help clients make decisions informed by engaging, inspiring and unique insights.
With an MA in Marketing, he brings a powerful combination of academic rigor plus over 20 years practical experience of working in client and agency roles.
It is this hands-on experience that means he can quickly identify client pain points and data challenges – and work collaboratively to find real solutions.
HEAD OF RESEARCH & INSIGHT
Victoria has over 20 years’ experience in research, from her early career as a Strategic Planner in London agencies, to more recently specialising in qualitative research and stakeholder engagement.
Heading up our Research division, Victoria is dedicated to finding the right blend of research techniques to create rich, valuable insights for clients to gain a greater understanding of the needs and motivations of customers, supporters and members.
INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS LEAD
Kim focuses on uncovering actionable insights and creating bespoke reporting tools from clients’ raw data.
With a degree in Mathematics and previous experience working for a well-known automotive brand, Kim is very comfortable dealing with large datasets and hard-to-collate legacy data - and isn’t afraid to get stuck in! An avid puzzle solver (cryptic crosswords are her favourite) and seasoned mathematician, she'll happily decipher data for hours, teasing out applicable, real-life recommendations.
ANALYTICS LEAD
Anne has gained extensive experience as a hands-on marketing analyst and now works strategically with our clients to execute data, analytics, and technology roadmaps, ensuring that data is at the heart of their decision making.
Anne makes complex analysis accessible to both non-technical and senior audiences, while her 10 years’ hands-on coding and analytics experience allows her to evaluate projects to ensure the best methodologies are used to deliver robust and actionable results.
FULL-STACK SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Tim has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of software development and delivery, including as CTO to a successful start-up managing a team of 20 developers. His forte and passion is delivering software that’s bulletproof in production and solves users’ problems.
Tim is fluent in many software languages, technologies, tools, platforms and frameworks, and handles all stages of the software lifecycle for our clients from initial conception through development to deployment and support.
PERFORMANCE & MEDIA LEAD
Sam has worked in digital marketing for over 10 years, with a particular focus on reporting, measurement, and tracking. He has worked as an in-house lead as well as agency-side, with a speciality in communicating statistics and performance in a way accessible to everyone - from experts to time-conscious senior stakeholders.
As trueology’s performance & media strategist, Sam helps clients to develop a blueprint for tracking KPIs in order to maximise ROI (both media and business) and optimise the value of reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER
Agatha (Taggy) is a strategic and values-driven Account Manager with a strong background in project management, research, and problem-solving.
As a Strategic Account Manager at trueology, Taggy is dedicated to building and strengthening client relationships, ensuring seamless project delivery, and driving impactful results. She works closely with clients to help them understand the deeper meaning behind their work, translating insights into strategic actions that enhance brand impact and customer engagement.
JUNIOR DATA SCIENTIST
Louis is a junior data scientist passionate about leveraging data and statistical methods to uncover meaningful insights and develop data-driven solutions for clients. Holding an MSc in Data Science and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Louis combines programming skills with data visualisation to provide a clear understanding of clients' data, empowering them to make informed business decisions. At trueology, Louis collaborates with the team to design, develop, and implement tailored machine-learning models and reports that align with each client's business objectives.
RESEARCH AND INSIGHT EXECUTIVE
Since graduating with an MSc in Psychology and Economics, Calista (Cali) has gained diverse experience in research, mixed-methods analysis, and artificial intelligence. Having previously worked in Southeast Asia, Cali brings a global perspective to her role as Research & Insight Executive at trueology. She is passionate about delivering tailored, data-driven insights with a meticulous focus on accuracy - always striving to exceed client expectations and drive meaningful results.
