As Client Services Director, she wears a number of hats from project management, to research & analysis, to client delivery. With a degree in Business Decision Analysis (that's business and stats to the rest of us), she works closely with her clients to translate insights and help them to understand the 'so what'.
Victoria has over 20 years’ experience in research, from her early career as a Strategic Planner in London agencies, to more recently specialising in qualitative research and stakeholder engagement.
Heading up our Research division, Victoria is dedicated to finding the right blend of research techniques to create rich, valuable insights for clients to gain a greater understanding of the needs and motivations of customers, supporters and members.
Kim focuses on uncovering actionable insights and creating bespoke reporting tools from clients’ raw data.
With a degree in Mathematics and previous experience working for a well-known automotive brand, Kim is very comfortable dealing with large datasets and hard-to-collate legacy data - and isn’t afraid to get stuck in! An avid puzzle solver (cryptic crosswords are her favourite) and seasoned mathematician, she'll happily decipher data for hours, teasing out applicable, real-life recommendations.
Anne has gained extensive experience as a hands-on marketing analyst and now works strategically with our clients to execute data, analytics, and technology roadmaps, ensuring that data is at the heart of their decision making.
Anne makes complex analysis accessible to both non-technical and senior audiences, while her 10 years’ hands-on coding and analytics experience allows her to evaluate projects to ensure the best methodologies are used to deliver robust and actionable results.
Tim has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of software development and delivery, including as CTO to a successful start-up managing a team of 20 developers. His forte and passion is delivering software that’s bulletproof in production and solves users’ problems.
Tim is fluent in many software languages, technologies, tools, platforms and frameworks, and handles all stages of the software lifecycle for our clients from initial conception through development to deployment and support.
Sam has worked in digital marketing for over 10 years, with a particular focus on reporting, measurement, and tracking. He has worked as an in-house lead as well as agency-side, with a speciality in communicating statistics and performance in a way accessible to everyone - from experts to time-conscious senior stakeholders.
As trueology’s performance & media strategist, Sam helps clients to develop a blueprint for tracking KPIs in order to maximise ROI (both media and business) and optimise the value of reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
James is a data scientist with a fascination for machine learning, data analysis and visualization. With an MSc in Mathematics, he combines mathematics and statistics to extract robust and meaningful insights from clients’ data, allowing them to make informed business decisions. This is through the design and implementation of bespoke dashboards, reports and models.
Agatha (Taggy) is a detailed and values-driven MSc graduate with experience in project management, research and problem solving.
After travelling North America, Taggy wanted to immerse herself in a new role and joined trueology as an Account Manager. She works closely with clients, building those key relationships and ensuring we are delivering excellence in all our projects. She is dedicated to helping clients understand the meaning behind their work and the impact this can have on brands and on customers.
Since graduating with a degree in Pharmacology in 2020, Emma has gained in-depth experience in quantitative market research - working on large, multi-market studies and thriving on tackling complex projects within tight constraints.
As Research & Insight Executive at trueology, Emma works with the team to deliver tailored solutions whilst ensuring rigour and scrutiny at all times – and consistently aims to delight our clients in the process!
